When scanning the ticket, The app do not deduct from wallet, always take to the card payment. What's the use of wallet ? The payment stuck in wallet.
It doesn't scan the QR code properl. I have to enter the 19 digit ticket number manually. I cannot use the credited amount in the ewalet. I cannot delete my old credit card from the app.

Very bad company .. And usually their machines out of service .. And penalties given every where And duplicate it without informing customers .. And application usually hanging
